✨️ Enjoy a full-body meditative experience as you lie down & listen to the sounds of various instruments, including chakra crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, shamanic drum and Tibetan bells.

✨️ We will start with a guided meditation before the sound healing bath takes place & I will read beautiful poems to bring you closer to your heart

✨️ If you can, please bring a mat, cushions, and blankets - so you can completely relax and enjoy.
I also have spare mats, blankets, cushions and a few eye pillows available
